Tax laws went through

Despite the decision of the parliamentary faction of liberal SzDSz to vote against the taxation- and- contribution amendments suggested by the government, the legislation amendments went through.


Minor democratic MDF voted in favor of the new tax package.
According to the government’s proposal the preferential key of the personal income tax would be a standard 30% up to the Ft3.4 million income bracket and the maximum of yearly Ft100 thousand could be deducted from the tax. The taxation of company cars would fall under the property-type duties and also linear descendents would not be obliged to pay inheritance tax up till Ft20 million.
