Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest has recently promoted Orsolya Hegedűs to Associate level, the company reported.Hegedûs joined Cushman & Wakefield as Valuation Surveyor in June 2004 from KPMG Valuation Services. She was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2006.Orsolya is involved with a range of valuation and consultancy instructions at C&W from individual properties to portfolios across the region.She has provided valuation of various landmark properties in Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia including premium office buildings (e.g. Bank Center, Deák Palace, Roosevelt tér, Margit Ház, Margit Corner, Terrapark, Eiffel square), logistics (e.g. M1 & Airport Business Parks, BFM site, Erdért portfolio), shopping centres and retail schemes (e.g. Agria Park, Árkád Shopping Centre, Fashion Street), and various development sites (including the Block 26 development scheme in Belgrade, Serbia). Orsolya holds a Master of Sciences with honours in Real Estate. She completed a postgraduate course in facility management and also in quantity surveying. 20.08.2008
